Donald R. Williams

A Senior Project Manager with Zubatkin Owner Representation, Don is an accomplished professional with over forty years of experience in the fields of architecture and interiors, with a focus on project management and implementation. His diverse portfolio includes cultural, institutional, mixed-use development, residential and corporate clients in the United States, Mexico, and the Middle East. Notable assignments include work with the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, American Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institute, Time Warner, Deloitte and numerous global financial services firms.

Prior to joining Zubatkin in 2009, Don held senior positions at HOK, Perkins+Will and SOM, where he had lead responsibility for managing the delivery of over ten million square feet of construction. He serves as the Director of Technical Services for Zubatkin’s In-House Technical Group, advising clients on program development, design and technical issues, including those related to complex façade and building envelope systems.
