Biography
April is a Senior Manager, Business Development for the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) an organization committed to advancing continuous improvement of windows, doors, skylights and applied films contributing to making buildings more comfortable and energy efficient. She is leading a commercial fenestration industry research project for NFRC in collaboration with the Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She serves as liaison for NFRC’s Regulatory Affairs Committee and actively participates in fenestration and energy efficiency conferences.
As a strategic business planning professional, April has created comprehensive marketing strategies and led multiple product development initiatives throughout her work within the building products industry and with manufacturers of top consumer brands.
April holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from Kent State University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
