Biography

Steve Fronek is vice president of design engineering for Wausau Window and Wall Systems, a business unit of Apogee Enterprises. In his 40 years with Wausau, Steve has filled a number of technical and management roles, and is currently responsible for technical oversight, design concepts and product selection, as well as structural, thermal and acoustical performance verification. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin, and past president of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA).
