Biography

Jeff is the Design Manager at TriPyramid. He has been with the company for 13 years. He has worked on all scales of projects, from small residential to large scale projects for clients such as Apple, The Kimball Art Museum, MoMA and multiple artist’s installations. His background is rooted in architecture, with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the field. He has worked in traditional architecture firms, as well as in academia. In the context of the architectural firm, his focus was generally schematic design and structural coordination. On the academic side, projects included a lengthy collaboration on a text book with Edward Allen, FAIA. The book focuses on educating architecture students in structural design. At TriPyramid, Jeff works primarily on early design development, budgeting and implementation of computational design processes.

Jeff has been a featured lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Roger Williams University, Stanford and Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He is a visiting professional and guest critic with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Architecture’s Building Technology and Structures departments.
